Juice is juice. If it says its 2% juice, then it is not juice. 100% juice is juice. If the ingredients say only juice, then it is juice. If it has other things, it is not juice.

Read the labels closely. They often refer to the juice as “cocktail” ~ meaning its a concoction of fake flavors, sugar, and water. Almost all juice comes from concentrate bc its cheaper to ship around the nation in trucks. They take the water out and then put it back in later. 32% tastes good, but 100% is healthier ~ even if it comes from concentrate.

Juice is what you squeeze out of a fruit (or vegetable). Everything else is “not-juice” that was added to the juice…water, sugar, color, extra flavors, preservatives, vitamins & minerals, etc.

There’s a slight wrinkle around concentrates…”100% juice from concentrate” means that they temporarily took some of the water out (what was left was the “concentrate”) for shipping/storage, then added the water back later. That’s technically still considered 100% juice.
