The answer has been typed out here already. I just wanted to chime in and say cpus have been at 5ghz for a few years now. I can get mine, an i9-9900k, to 5.1ghz with just a regular 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler. Some lucky people can get there’s 100-200mhz higher under similar conditions.
