What is speed? How fast could one person go, using other things for an advantage?

Imagine pushing a micro-machine, speed is how much far the micro-machine go in a definite amount of time.
About the second one, it depends if the person is alive after the movement. You could ideally strap him to something that goes very fast, like a shuttle.
