The claims he made in his speech make no sense whatsoever. It is like a random word generator throwing together a bunch of scientific or pseudo scientific terms. Listening to it makes me think he may have some sort of mental illness involving delusions of grandeur.
He mentions hydrogen and energy, which could have lots of meanings. Hydrogen is involved in nuclear fusion, which is a potential source of clean energy. Hydrogen is also used in fuel cells, which is a way of turning stored hydrogen into electricity cleanly.
He also mentions terms like unified field theory and super-symmetry, which are related to particle physics. Discovering a unified field theory or proving super-symmetry would be impressive achievements, but wouldn’t have anything to do with a practical invention like nuclear fusion.
He also mentions that his invention involves some sort of new super strong compound, and could be manufactured and exported from Uganda. This has absolutely nothing to do with energy, or theoretical physics. He also mentions hydrogen in this context, which doesn’t make much sense because hydrogen can’t form a solid material (although it could be used as part of the recipe for something).
Lastly, he mentions that his invention would actively clean the environment, which doesn’t really apply to any of the above topics. Actively cleaning the environment either involves active filtering (such as filtering trash from the ocean or smoke particles from the air) or it involves chemical processing like carbon sequestration.
