Generally speaking, antibiotics means kills microorganisms. In the pharmaceutical industry, the term is used a little more specifically to mean kills bacteria. Viruses are not considered to be alive, so they have their own catagory called antivirals. This is because they do not work by directly trying to destroy the virus, but rather they work within your body to stop the virus from being able to hijack your cells and do what viruses to best. Sanatize means to kill all pathogens that would pose a risk to humans, whereas antiseptic and disinfectant mean generally the same thing: to clean a surface/object and destroy ANY/ALL microbes/viruses/fungi etc.
