Theyre both anti-inflammatory meds, they work pretty similarly, its fine to use whichever works for you for the pain you’re having as long as you follow the dose instructions and don’t overlap them (don’t take both at the same time). They are best taken with food to protect from stomach irritation, and you shouldn’t take either long term without having a chat to your doctor ( if you need them regularly for more than a week you should get that checked out).
