What is the reason for my piss being Red Bull Coloured after taking Adult Multi-Vitamins?

I was told that if you have to take a drug test, it is advised that you overload on water. Drink as much as you can in advance and it can help to dilute the drugs in your urine to undetectable/lower levels. In order to hide the fact that you are hyperhydrating you should eat a multivitamin since it gives your urine more color. If your urine is too clear, the people administering the test will become suspicious. The additional color from the multivitamin will mislead them.
