What is the reason for my piss being Red Bull Coloured after taking Adult Multi-Vitamins?

For the same reason that red bull has that colour. It’s from the B vitamin complex, most of them aren’t well absorbed by the body (severe B vitamin deficiencies are remedied with direct injections for this reason) so there is a lot of them in oral supplements. Specifically, it will mostly come from vitamin B2 aka riboflavin. It’s name partly derives from its colour — *flavus* is the Latin for yellow. Riboflavin is not just bright yellow, it is also fluorescent, so if you hold a UV light to your stream then it will look extra bright.
