– What is VRAM

I know it stands for Video Random Access Memory, but I cant comprehend or visualize what that means. If you can, give me some visual descriptions to help me wrap my head around it.

Video RAM is RAM attached to your graphics card instead of normal RAM which is attached to your CPU.

When you play a game the CPU does all the maths and AI calculations, using its RAM to remember all the game data, and the graphics card calculates the pixels and the graphics, using its RAM to remember 3D shapes and pictures.
