I dont know what im talking about, but I understand that some cancers will flake off and enter the blood stream into other systems of the body and grow. I think this is why melanoma should be treated right away because it can spread to other areas of the body. I bet that early detection of skin cancer happens much earlier as breast cancer (for example) due to the fact we can see it with our eyes.
