It’s links to survival. Over time the people who have gotten more pleasure reproducing passed their genes more effectively. It’s by nerve endings as you see explained here in the comments. Also what makes us ticklish is where our more vital sensitive areas are where we should try to avoid getting injured. It’s all linked in the passing of genes and survival.
