What makes the Frontier supercomputer (world’s fastest computer) a supercomputer and not “just” a collection of servers?

The ability to leverage its entire computing power to a single task.

If you fed a problem to a server centre it would go to a single node to be solved, do the same thing to a supercomputer and the problem is split among all the nodes.
