I understand that blue/silver/gold are the lighter colour and I read that it’s due to the filter but I have seen roll your own tobacco that’s coloured. How is the tobacco lighter if you buy the filter separately?

It isn‘t. If anything than the cigarette, with the filter, is „lighter“. Marlboro Red and Marlboro Gold without the filters are the same. Or so i think but surely someone will correct me.
