What mechanisms inside an aneroid barometer make the needle move to the correct marking?

I know that the air pressure affects the aneroid capsule by making it expand and contract slightly, but how do the mechanisms inside display it on the face of the instrument?

The inside of an aneroid barometer is a little copper box. When pressure rises, this little copper box starts to get compressed. This capsule is attached to a bunch of tiny levers which move the needle as the air pressure squeezes it.

It is not very accurate, especially compared to mercury.
