For example lets say a contract requires you to give a BJ or donate one of your limbs, and you signed it. What happens? How does the court deal with contracts like this?

That contract wouldn’t be legally enforceable, so it’d just be thrown out of court. You can’t force someone to have a limb amputated or other illegal acts.

Edit: I should specify that the contract would be “invalid”
