what the body does with all the stuff from swelling afterwards

When there is inflammation around an injury, how does the body get rid of it after it heals? Where does all that stuff go?

It enters your bloodstream, and from there your kidneys filter it out, dumping it into the bladder (urine), from which it is excreted.

That stuff is just fluid (mostly water) it will be reabsorbed by your body, eventually will make its way out as pee.
