What would be the advantages and disadvantages of using car width tires on the rear of a motorcycle?

Care tires are flat and wide. Motorcycles maintain their balance and steer by making slight adjustments to the angle that the bike is at, so putting a car tire on a motorcycle would cause you to have a harder time rocking the bike back and forth and would also cause a sudden change of center of gravity when doing so because when leaning to one side suddenly the only point of contact with the road would be off-center from the bike on the edge of the car tire.
It would be unstable and unsafe to do so.
