what would happen if we cooked food in an “indigestible” fat like wax?

I’ve seen a lot of people trying to cook without oil for dietary reason and it made me wonder, what would happen if we cooked food in an “indigestible” fat like wax? Of course wax is only an example, I’m thinking of a fat that is not absorbed by the human body and doesn’t produced any nasties when cooked.

Look up Olestra. You’d basically poop out undigested fat….because it was never meant to be in your system, it would either leak like Olestra did, or solidify and mess up your bowels, intestinal flora or who knows what else:
