Is it possible in theory? Sure. But I don’t think we are going to see any perfect execution scores any time soon because the attitude in the open ended code is very “perfection is not possible, the point is to reward good execution not achieve perfection”. And for the judges it can actually be kind of easier to accurately deduct near flawless execution than poor execution – if you are looking at a routine with tons of deductions it’s easy to miss some, whereas if there are very few it’s easier to pinpoint them.
