Maybe that’s why I’ve had cold symptoms for over two weeks. I’m on kidney dialysis and began to have a hard time breathing. It hurt my upper chest every time I breathed in. And I had a fever from 99 up to 101 almost daily for ten days at least. Went to ED. No Covid. No RSA. Went home with 99 fever. Persistent body aches. Extreme fatigue. Jus wanted to sleep couldn’t think clearly. Still no clear answer after a second blood test and second chest X-ray. No pneumonia. Doctor said viruses on immunocompromised patients can take a long time to heal. Now I know. And I wasn’t out and about either. I work from home. Temp back to normal range today but fatigue and body aches persist. So I realize even a cold can put me down now pretty fast and for longer than a normal person with intact immune system. Trying to be careful without being afraid to go out.
