I am skinny and wants to have a tattoo but I am thinking what is going to happen to the tattoo if I became fat?

Skin stretches. If skin is colored, colored skin stretches. If tattoo stretches, it becomes larger, but will stay the same size relative to the rest of your skin (since everything is expanding). Just do a picture search for “Tattoo after weight gain”.
