Did you ever stick your hand our the window of a moving car? If you hold your hand flat it stays level. If you angle your hand a bit, the wind forces your hand up. A similar thing happens to the wings of a plane. A plane with really big wings but low weight would fly at very low speeds. A heavy plane with small wings would have to fly faster. The exact speed is impossible to calculate without knowing the specific details of the plane.
