What’s the difference between jogging in place and jogging normally? Are they equally beneficial for the body?

When jogging in place you’re only experiencing one specific floor beneath you, similar to if you were running on a treadmill. When you are actually moving your feet and legs will need to adjust slightly to adapt to the different surfaces beneath you.

These small extra bits of effort made subconsciously by your body will >!probably!< help to build up joint strength, and cause you to work harder, thus being more beneficial.
