What’s the difference between jogging in place and jogging normally? Are they equally beneficial for the body?

Sort of. I think most people would probably push themselves harder while jogging normally since they get a sense of how fast they’re going. If you’re trying to do cardio in place then get a jump rope. The jump rope will help you keep cadence.
