Why may one get prescribed instead of the other* minor grammar mistake 💀🤦🏻‍♂️

SSRIs have high efficacy and usually tolerated so they are first line treatment. MAOIs have drug to drug interactions and even food and drug interactions that can cause bad side effects- the tyramine crisis mentioned earlier. The same goes for tricyclic antidepressants which can cause anticholinergic effects (heightened flight or fight response)
