Why may one get prescribed instead of the other* minor grammar mistake 💀🤦🏻‍♂️

From everything I just read there’s concern for tyramine toxicity and overdose with MAOIs. Along with medication interactions that don’t come along with SSRIs. Also SSRIs are a first line medication where MAOIs are used for very specific untreatable depression and other neurologic conditions.
