The value you’re looking for in reference material is “acoustic impedance”, and you want it to be as high as possible. So, looking at some tables, highest I’ve found is tungsten

Of course, what you use to contain the vacuum will have its own properties, which will impact how the waves get reflected, and the thickness of that material will cause interference of certain wavelengths
