Videogames tend to show water converting into electric water but it’s not really like that. You still need to be the shortest path to ground for Electricity to go through you. Which really depends on a lot of things more than just distance

It probably doesn’t leave the boundary of the house unless there’s external cabling.

It needs to be the shortest path.

Also: How bad are your electrics that they don’t just pop the fuse / breaker when water starts to encroach of the circuits, even if that’s the upstream breaker that connects to your house?

But why would you take the chance? Don’t go in there until advised it’s safe.
