When tissue and blood vessels are cut using electrocautery, how does it grow back and heal?

They don’t. Scars are left when its on tissue, and blood vessels are destroyed. This isn’t a problem though, since we only cauterize the smallest blood vessels. We have billions of these, so destroying a few of them doesn’t mean much. you have to destroy a huge amount of them before your body can’t handle it.

Blood vessels seem programmed to grow additional ‘branches’ in response to trauma or blockages. The need for oxygen also causes the body’s cells to send some kind of “distress signal” that stimulates the production of new blood vessels to service the area.
