When we have a flu we have bone tickling/inner coldness sensation. What is exactly happening that makes us feel that way?

You feel cold and start to shiver when your body temperature is lower than it should be. Part of your body’s immune response (the stuff it does to get rid of whatever’s making you sick) involves heating up. So even though your body temperature would normally be considered “just fine”, your immune system now thinks that it is not warm enough, and it tells you this by making you feel cold.
