When you open a fridge or a freezer and then close it again, why does it become harder to open again right after?

As you close the door you’re pushing a bunch air into the fridge.

The extra rush of air pushes into the fridge and takes a bit more with it as it pushes back out.

Once it closes completely you have negative pressure so it is sucking the fridge closed.
