when you really have to pee, why does it feel like you have to go more while you’re standing as opposed to sitting down?

Space basically. The need to pee is measured by pressure in the blatter. The fuller, how higher. When you’re sitting, there is less distance from your hip to your chest. When standing your abdomen is used in its entire length. There is less space for the full blatter to go. So there’ll be a higher pressure because the surrounding area is up against it. When your blatter is full; and you get up to stand, it’s basically like thr trash compactor from Star Wars
