When your eyes make something appear as if its moving even when it’s staying still

Its an optical allusion. So your eyes tell you something but your mind thinks something else. Like when you press a button on your phone but the phone things you pressed something else so it doesn’t work,it like that in your mind. Your head is wired to see and understand certain things so if you see something outside of those things it makes up the rest to fell in the gaps. Like digital camo
