I’d like more info myself. Does that mean they can only sell it to whole sellers? I mean and end buyer is the one purchasing so the realtor saying that doesn’t make sense to me. Long as it’s sold why does it matter who buys?
Usually, that means somebody has gone under contract on the property but intends to find a buyer to re-assign the contract to. Like they negotiated with the buyer to pay $500k but then hope they can find somebody to pay them $25k or whatever to take over the contract with the seller.
