I’m thinking about buying a property but the realtor said it’s wholesale

I’d like more info myself. Does that mean they can only sell it to whole sellers? I mean and end buyer is the one purchasing so the realtor saying that doesn’t make sense to me. Long as it’s sold why does it matter who buys?
