why and how do headaches and migraines can cause vomiting?

We actually found out last week that my moms lung cancer had spread to the brain. They found a golf ball
sized tumor on the bottom right of her skull, on he cerebellum. This area of the brain controls balance, walking, fine motor skills, etc. This area of the brain can also cause vomiting/nausea if pressure/swelling occurs, thus why the tumor had caused 2 months of extreme vomiting and nausea for my mom. Just figured I’d share the info just in case!
