especially with dried blood! bleach can work too some times, but it’s not as efficient as hydrogen peroxide. i don’t want my clothes to have a faint outline of blood on them anymore

I glad my menstruation days are over. if you have v heavy periods (anemia etc) and are done with reproduction, I recommend novasure/uterine ablation. Life changing – DM if you want more info)
