why are most gummy vitamins portioned out to exactly 2 gummies?

As the question says: why not 1? Why not 3+? Is there a reason most companies keep it at 2?

I always thought it was to sell more bottles but also to satisfy people’s desire to always have more than one without constant lawsuits from overeaters.

Some people prefer to take vitamins in gummy form because it doesn’t require water and tastes good.

The important thing is to see them primarily as supplements and less as a food. Vitamins and minerals require a specific amount to meet the requirements and to avoid overdoing it just as you would any other form of supplements.

If people want to eat more than two, they should buy the candies. They are less expensive and less of a chance getting sick from taking in too many vitamins or minerals.

So people can take half-doses if they have some condition or whatever reason (maybe they’re a kid) that they’d want to take less.

My men’s smart things gummies had me eating 6 a day. Not sure why. I assume the manufacturer makes it as few as possible while maintaining the quantity of vitamins they want in a package that is still edible and tastes good. For mine, I think the Omega vitamins make it out to be 6, as I have just the fish pills and they’re huge as a single ingredient.

Putting more than 1,000mg of ingredients in one unit would make it large

Additionally, you can easily adjust the dosage for teenagers, men and women by take additional or fewer units. For example, a child could take (1) 5mg melatonin and an adult could take (2) for the maximum 10mg dose.

I’m sure costs (i.e. packaging, shipping, etc) and getting you to buy more gummies more frequently are also factors.
