You can cause an infection as the buildup of fluid rushes into the still healing ends of your vas deferins. The infection can create nodules which the surgeon then has to go in and remove. If it gets infected, you’ll wish that you had waited a year instead of a week. Google that shit and you’ll have no desire to rush things.

It’s not just because it hurts, as people have said.

It’s because the ends of the tubes need time to heal. Otherwise the pressure on the pipes, so to speak, can bust through that freshly cauterized wound.

Ejaculation involves a bunch of muscles all contracting repeatedly. At best, it’s painful. At worst, you could tear something important. You need time to heal

Think about tearing open a wound on your hand or finger.

Now think about doing the same thing inside your private area because of movement.

After it has healed you should however masturbate frequently to “flush out the system” before the final test that confirms that you’re sterile (ask your doctor, this is not actual medical advice, etc.)
