Basically because the effects on your phone suck. Motion tracking and all that stuff is more demanding in professional programs because they are much better and higher quality (granted you are good at the program). Some phones built with AR is mind also have special cores in their SOCs that are made specifically for this one purpose, and that actually makes them quite fast.

Edit: the effects on your phone don’t actually suck, they’re impressively good given the hardware they have to work with. They’re just what’s known as fast
