Smell and taste are super closely related. Being able to smell what you’re consuming is like 60% of tasting it. Seriously if you have trouble downing some food or medicine, pinch your nose first it wont taste like much.

So your body has a tough time telling if you’re tasting something or just smelling it. It’s just a flaw with the body that isn’t really detrimental, so it hasn’t been bred out.

Anyway, why do bad smells make you vomit? Well, vomiting is a defense mechanism. It’s when your body knows it’s got something bad inside it, and it needs to get it out.

So when you smell something really bad your body cant tell if it’s just smelling it or if you just ate it. And if you just ate it, it’s gonna make you sick. So better vomit, just to be safe.

Lol I’m listening to Linkin Park and Chester said “take everything from the inside and throw it all away. “
