Why can you objectively know someone is attractive but only certain people give you that “zing” feeling of desire/crush/etc?

I’m moderately attractive, certainly I can tell 1000 pretty women, but I only like lookalike women, that have similar physical traits such as white skin, black hair, big eyes big mouth, Id never like a blonde or a redhead or a Chinese or black woman for the matter, even if they’re pretty, it’s about instinct sometimes you cant mess with it.
