Why can’t a middle class individual use the same tax avoidance methods as the ultra rich to pay little to no income taxes?

A lot of middle class individuals aren’t assholes, and so appreciate their obligations to pay their way in the society of which they are part.
The ultra rich in the main have come up with some bullshit self-justification that their contributing is somehow unfair.
