We’re basically infinitely making this fuel aren’t we? Why can’t we replicate the way we produce oil and make it a renewable source?

I suppose it could. But it would be a horrible idea because the cost and resources it would take to harvest and refining such a miniscule amount of oil per person makes it a completely nonviable idea.
I do have to wonder: how much oil are you secreting per day?
