Why can’t we just use SSDs with 128GB as RAM on our Computers? It seems way better than 8 or 16 GB.

Registers work in nanoseconds; cache in microseconds; RAM in milliseconds; storage disks in seconds.
You can *absolutely* page memory to SSD. It will be hilariously awful and horribly slow.
