Life isn’t a video game or a movie. You can’t just shoot out tires. Firing a gun is super risky due to ricochets and penetration, then add in shooting from a moving vehicle? Dumbest idea ever and extremely dangerous. It was a low speed-ish chase, shooting guns would escalate like crazy.
