Beyond the women drink for free nights theres also bars that just wont let men in but will let women in.
Do women spend more? Or is it that they cause less drama? Or is it something else?

I think the general answer is that women in bars attract men to those bars and the men then spend more. Therefore they offer no cover or free/low price drinks or other perqs to women.
Women only (for lesbians or safety), men only are more niche options.
