– Why do different foods taken out from the fridge taste as if they have different temperatures?

1.00K views

Hi all. Just got 2 items from the fridge, and in my mouth one was cold (of course) while the other item felt much colder even though i took them out at the same time. One item (less cold) was a cheese, Grana Padano while the colder item was a kind of sicilian sauce.

Thanks

Leaving drinks in the fridge will take longer to get cold. But they will also stay cold for longer when you take them out.
