Seen many videos of fast cars (mustangs especially lol) accelerating in a straight line and then losing control and going into the curb/crowd. What would cause it to do that when the wheels are just pointed straight ahead?
How does one prevent or control this?

Short answer is loss of traction,
But why did they lose traction? Many reasons
One reason is they took a regular car with little to no down force. They add extra power to the passenger car and they now have a plane with bad aerodynamics.
