I think it could be thanks to the court. Someone sometime bought a food, expecting there to be an exact thing that is on the package.
Ofc it wasn’t, but having a tasty looking picture helps to sell the item.
With suggestion seller can put anything inside, and refuse any future courts for not being same as on the packaging.
